Pricing and Payment

• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at hello@brighthouse.in if you wish to cancel.

Limitation of Liability

Bright House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
